Our Philosophy
The Lineage Liberation Method™ is a signature framework for healing ancestral wounds and breaking generational patterns through womb wisdom, Reiki, sound healing, trauma-informed embodied work, and sacred community practice.
Generational trauma doesn't heal through insight alone. It requires a cyclical process of seeing clearly what was passed down (Witnessing), releasing what the body has been holding (Releasing), and returning to who you've always been beneath the conditioning (Remembering).
This is not a linear program. It's a cyclical, sacred practice you return to again and again as you heal layer by layer, generation by generation.
PHASE 1: WITNESSING
Seeing What Was Passed Down
Core Question:
"What am I carrying that isn't mine?"
Purpose:
To look clearly at the patterns, beliefs, wounds, and survival strategies that were passed down through your lineage—without blame, with clarity and compassion.
What We're Witnessing:
Survival strategies inherited from mother/grandmother/ancestors
Beliefs about worth, rest, boundaries, softness passed down generationally
Trauma responses living in your nervous system but originated in someone else's story
Ways you've sacrificed yourself to belong, be loved, be needed
Patterns in your mother line and father line
What your womb has been holding that belongs to your ancestors
Key Principle:
You cannot heal what you cannot see. Witnessing breaks the unconscious spell and creates space for choice.
Practices:
Altar work — Creating sacred space to honor ancestors and examine what they passed down
Ancestral mapping — Journaling the patterns in your lineage
Womb connection practices — Asking your womb: "What are you holding that isn't mine?"
Body scans — Noticing where patterns live in your physical form
Circle sharing — Speaking patterns out loud and being witnessed without judgment
Lineage inquiry journaling — Tracking patterns through generations
Family systems exploration — Understanding roles and dynamics
Emotional Landscape:
This phase can feel heavy. You're looking at what you've been avoiding. You're naming what's been unnamed. You're seeing how patterns that shaped you also harmed you.
Support Needed:
Community witnessing, non-judgmental holding, permission to see clearly without fixing
In the Soft Hearts Society™:
Weekly livestreams on identifying generational patterns
Ancestral healing courses for mothers and daughters
Guided journaling prompts for lineage exploration
Community sharing circles
PHASE 2: RELEASING
Letting the Body Discharge What It's Holding
Core Question:
"What am I ready to let go of?"
Purpose:
To move from intellectual awareness into embodied transformation. To let your body release what it's been holding for years—or generations.
What We're Releasing:
Stored emotions — Rage, grief, fear, shame held in the body
Somatic holding patterns — Tension, numbness, chronic pain, disconnection
Ancestral energy — Trauma passed through the womb, patterns in DNA
Outdated survival responses — Hypervigilance, fawning, freeze states
Womb memory — Violations, losses, unexpressed emotions stored in sacred center
Generational vows/contracts — Unconscious agreements to carry what your ancestors couldn't release
Key Principle:
Your mind can understand a pattern, but your body has to let it go. Generational trauma lives in the nervous system, womb space, tissues, and breath—not just in thoughts.
Practices:
Reiki — Moving stagnant energy, restoring flow
Sound healing — Buffalo drum, rattle, chanting, light language to vibrate stuck emotions loose
Womb wisdom practices — Womb Reiki, womb breath, womb reconnection
Breathwork — Intentional breathing to discharge trauma from nervous system
Somatic practices — Shaking, rocking, pelvic movement, grounding
Shadow work — Meeting and integrating denied/hidden parts
Grief rituals — Crying, wailing, speaking to ancestors, honoring losses
Guided meditations — Ancestral forgiveness, cord-cutting, release ceremonies
Movement medicine — Dance, yoga, embodied expression
Vocal release — Screaming, toning, singing, speaking unsaid words
Emotional Landscape:
Uncomfortable. You might cry unexpectedly, feel rage, shake, grieve losses that happened before you were born. This is the medicine. This is the body finally safe enough to release.
Support Needed:
Safe container, skilled facilitation, permission to feel fully, community holding
In the Soft Hearts Society™:
Weekly Reiki sessions and sound healing
Womb-centered release practices
Shadow work courses for mothers and daughters
Monthly grief rituals and release ceremonies
Somatic movement practices
Breathwork and vocal release sessions
PHASE 3: REMEMBERING
Reclaiming Who You Are Beneath the Conditioning
Core Question:
"Who am I beneath all the wounding?"
Purpose:
To return to yourself—the version that existed before the world told you who to be, before survival mode became identity, before you learned to silence your truth.
What We're Remembering:
Your voice — The one that was shamed into silence
Your boundaries — The right to say no without guilt
Your softness — The part that had to harden to survive
Your pleasure and aliveness — Sensory joy, play, rest, embodiment
Your cyclical nature — Honoring your body's rhythms vs. forcing linear productivity
Your worthiness — Inherent, not earned
Your feminine power — Intuition, womb wisdom, creation, sacred feminine energy
Your wholeness — The truth that you were never broken
Key Principle:
You're not becoming someone new. You're excavating who you've always been. Remembering is about living from your truth instead of your trauma.
Practices:
Inner child healing — Tending to the girl who was abandoned/shamed
Boundary work — Practicing "no" with support and witnessing
Soft living practices — Rest without guilt, pleasure without earning, cyclical rhythms
Womb reconnection — Listening to body wisdom, honoring cycles
Reprogramming work — Affirmations, mirror work, rewriting old beliefs
Creative expression — Art, movement, voice, play, reconnecting with joy
Community celebration — Witnessing transformation, honoring growth
Reclamation rituals — Marking your return to self
Embodiment practices — Feeling alive and present in your body
Voice activation — Speaking your truth, using your voice powerfully
Emotional Landscape:
Feels like coming home. You start saying no and it doesn't destroy you. You rest without guilt. You trust your body. You speak truth and the right people stay.
Support Needed:
Encouragement, celebration, permission to be yourself, community reflection
In the Soft Hearts Society™:

This isn’t just theory. This is lived medicine…
This method is woven through every course, every livestream, every Wisdom Circle in the Soft Hearts Society™. It's not just what we teach - it's how we hold you while you transform. Healing moves in spirals:
You Witness a pattern → Release it → Remember yourself
Then a deeper layer surfaces → You Witness again at a new level
Each cycle takes you deeper into liberation
Each cycle frees more of your lineage
Example of cycling through:
First Cycle:
Witness: "I'm a people-pleaser like my mother"
Release: Let go of the need to be needed
Remember: "I'm worthy without performing"
Second Cycle (months/years later):
Witness: "The people-pleasing goes back further—my grandmother sacrificed herself too. There's a deeper ancestral pattern here."
Release: Somatic work to discharge the ancestral pattern, cord-cutting with the lineage wound
Remember: "I'm breaking this cycle for my daughter and her daughters"
Third Cycle:
Witness: "Even deeper—this is a collective feminine wound. Women in my lineage survived by being useful."
Release: Ritual to honor and release the collective pattern
Remember: "I choose to exist without proving my worth"
Why This Method Works
It's Multidimensional:
Most healing focuses on one aspect (insight, energy, behavior). Generational trauma requires clarity (Witnessing), somatic release (Releasing), and identity reconstruction (Remembering).
01
It’s Body-Based: Talk therapy helps, but trauma lives in the body. This method honors the somatic, womb-centered, nervous system reality of healing.
02
It’s Ancestral: You’re not just healing yourself-you’re healing the lineage. Breaking cycles for those who came before and those who come after.
03
It’s Community-Held: You don’t do this alone. The method requires witnessing, a safe container, permission, and celebration-all things the community provides.
It's Sustainable:
No hustle. No forcing. No timeline. You move at the pace your body and womb need.
