You have been carrying this for too long.

Witness. Release. Remember.

Ancestral, Generational & Spiritual Care for Women

For the places where lineage, body, relationship, and life transition meet.

Healing what was passed down. Changing what gets passed on.

Some patterns did not begin with you.

The overgiving. The guilt. The mother wound. The difficulty resting. The grief no one talked about. The feeling that you have been carrying something much older than your own story.

At Allonia Rose, we create sacred spaces for women ready to understand what was inherited, release what no longer belongs to them, and create a softer legacy for the women who come next.

Through The Lineage Liberation Method™, we practice three sacred movements:

Witness. Release. Remember.

You do not have to know exactly what needs healing before you arrive.

You only have to be willing to begin.

Free resources. Free weekly circles. Deeper support when you are ready.

Guided by Allonia Water, PhD, MPH: Reiki Master, trauma-informed yoga instructor, and doula.

Maybe something in you already knows.

You belong here if…

You keep repeating a pattern you promised would end with you.

Rest makes you feel guilty, and receiving is harder than giving.

You love your mother or daughter deeply, and there are wounds between you that neither of you knows how to name.

You carry grief, anger, or responsibility that seems bigger than this moment.

Your body responds before your mind understands why.

You are moving through a change (motherhood, estrangement, grief, perimenopause, menopause) and the old ways no longer fit.

You want the women who come after you to inherit something different.

You do not have to wait until everything falls apart to begin healing. You do not have to do it alone.

Not sure where to begin?

Begin here.

You do not need to uncover your entire family story today.

You do not need to confront anyone.

You do not need to have all the answers.

You can simply begin by noticing.

Some of what you are carrying did not begin with you.

The overgiving. The guilt around resting. The patterns that keep showing up in your relationships. The feeling that you have to hold everything together, even when you are exhausted.

Break the Cycle is a five-day journal for beginning to notice where those patterns came from, and what you are ready to put down. It is not a five-step fix. It is a doorway.

Five days. About fifteen minutes a day. One prompt is enough if that is all you have capacity for.

What is inside

A 17-page printable journal, made for writing by hand:

  • A welcome and a gentle care note

  • A simple map of the Lineage Liberation Method™: Witness. Release. Remember.

  • Five daily pages, each with a guiding question, three journal prompts, a sacred pause, and one line to carry with you

  • A lined writing page for every day

  • An integration page to map one cycle you are changing

  • A short closing ritual

  • What comes next, for when you want company

Your five days

  • Day 1, Witnessing: What was I taught about rest, worth, and womanhood?

  • Day 2, The Pattern: Where do I keep ending up?

  • Day 3, The Body: What is my body asking me to notice?

  • Day 4, The Release: What am I ready to stop carrying?

  • Day 5, The Remembering: Who am I when I stop performing survival?

You belong here if

  • You keep repeating a pattern you promised would end with you.

  • Rest makes you feel guilty, and receiving is harder than giving.

  • Your body responds before your mind understands why.

  • You are becoming curious about the women who came before you.

You do not need to be a mother or a daughter. You only need to be a woman who is ready to begin.

A note before you begin

This guide is for reflection and spiritual exploration. It is not a substitute for therapy or medical care. If a prompt feels like too much, pause, feel your feet on the floor, and come back only when you feel steady. If you are in crisis, you can call or text 988 in the US.

From Allonia

I made this guide for the woman I used to be. I was unfulfilled and burned out, and I felt out of sync with my own body and my own family. I did not have the words for it yet. If that sounds like you, I am glad you are here. You do not have to heal everything today. You only have to begin.

Healing what was passed down begins with noticing what you no longer want to carry.

The Lineage Liberation Method™

Healing moves in circles.

There is no straight line from wounded to healed. We return, notice something new, put something down, and remember another part of ourselves. The Lineage Liberation Method™ gives language to that process.

Witness

We see what was passed down: the beliefs, roles, and unspoken rules that shaped the women before us, and how they may still be shaping us. Not to blame. To understand. To understand.

Release

We loosen our hold on what no longer fits, through conversation, rest, movement, meditation, sound, ritual, Reiki, or a boundary. It does not have to be dramatic. Sometimes it is a truth spoken aloud. Sometimes it is a body allowed to soften.

Remember

We return to the woman beneath the conditioning: your voice, your intuition, your joy, your softness. The goal is not to become someone new. It is to come home to more of who you already are.

And when another layer appears, we begin again.

Two generations. One sacred work.

Two young women with dark skin, dressed in white Western-style boots, sleeveless tops, and light blue dresses, are outdoors during daytime. One woman is standing with her hand on her hip, and the other is sitting on a brick ledge, playing a musical instrument. The scene is set in a park with trees and houses in the background.
Hello, Soft Heart!

We are Allonia & Rose

I am Allonia, and Rose is my daughter. She is not simply the second half of our name; she is part of the reason this work exists.

Motherhood invited me to look closely at what I had inherited and what I did not want to pass forward unchanged. Rose brings the daughter's view: the generation receiving, questioning, and creating something new from what was handed down.

We honor what came before.
We tend what is here now.
And we make room for what comes next.

There is more than one way to begin.

Choose the doorway that meets you where you are.

You do not need the deepest offering simply because it exists.

Begin softly

Sacred Sittings™

Sacred Sittings™ are private ceremonial spaces for lineage, relationship, grief, or life transition, for one woman or two.

The Crossing™

If you are crossing into a new season.
Whole-person, ancestral support for perimenopause and menopause.

Allonia Rose offers spiritual and educational support. It is not a substitute for therapy or medical care. If you are in crisis, you can call or text 988 in the US.

This season is not asking you to become who you were. It is asking you to listen for who you are becoming.

The Soft Hearts Society™

A Soft Heart is not a woman whose life has always been soft. She is a woman who has lived through enough hardness that she no longer wants it to be her only way of surviving.

She is learning to rest, to receive, to tell the truth, to honor her body, and to choose what the next generation receives from her. There is room in this circle for you.

Somewhere between what you inherited and who you are becoming, there is a softer way.

You arrive as you are, with something warm in your hands. There is nothing to prepare and nothing to prove.

We begin with the sound of a drum (or another sound instrument), a way of telling the body it is time to slow down. Then comes a short teaching, just enough to put words to something you may have felt for years. After that, we write in silence and listen for what is already there.

If you want to share, you can, in the chat, in your own words. If you don't, you are still part of the circle. No one is asked to explain, perform, or fix anything.

We close with a blessing, and you return to your day a little softer than you came.

With love and lineage,
Allonia & Rose

What a circle feels like...

What a circle feels like...

You are allowed to love where you come from and still choose a different way forward.

Soft words for hard days

Stay a little longer.

Sometimes healing begins with a ceremony.

Sometimes it begins with one sentence that finally gives language to something you have felt for years.

In our love letters, we write about ancestral healing, mothers and daughters, womb wisdom, generational patterns, sacred ritual, soft living, and the messy truth of becoming.

Pour something warm.

You do not have to arrive ready

Maybe today you download the journal. Maybe you listen quietly during a healing circle. Maybe you stay here a few more minutes and imagine a life that feels softer than the one you have been carrying.

There is no wrong first step.

With love and lineage,

Allonia & Rose,

The Soft Hearts Society™

We witness what shaped us. We release what no longer belongs. We remember who we were beneath it all.
