1. Agreement to These Terms
Welcome to Allonia Rose. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.alloniarose.com and the products, courses, resources, events, circles, sessions, and other services offered by Allonia Rose, LLC (“Allonia Rose,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing this website, making a purchase, registering for an offering, downloading a resource, booking a service, or otherwise using our website, you agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Cookie Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase our offerings.
2. Who Our Website and Offerings Are For
Our website is primarily intended for adults. Individuals under age 18 should use our website, digital resources, or paid offerings only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate.
Certain resources may be created for teens. Any private session, circle, or other live service involving a minor may require parent or guardian consent and may be subject to additional participation requirements.
3. Nature of Our Work
Allonia Rose offers educational, spiritual, reflective, wellness, Reiki, ancestral, somatic, journaling, meditation, movement, and community-based experiences.
Our work is not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, diagnosis, or emergency support. Purchasing a product or participating in an offering does not create a physician-patient, therapist-client, psychologist-client, or other licensed clinical relationship.
Please review our separate Disclaimer before participating in any healing, wellness, movement, herbal, Reiki, womb-centered, ancestral, or somatic practice.
4. Purchases and Payments
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate and current billing, contact, and payment information when making a purchase or booking.
Payments may be processed by Squarespace and/or third-party payment processors. We do not generally receive or store your complete payment-card number.
We may correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel an order when necessary, or discontinue an offering. If we cancel a paid order or service before it is provided and no replacement is accepted, we will provide an appropriate refund.
5. Digital Products and Courses
Courses, workbooks, journals, meditations, PDFs, recordings, worksheets, and other digital materials are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, upload, resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, teach from, publish, share login credentials for, or commercially exploit our digital content without our prior written permission.
Free resources are also for personal use. If you want to share a free resource with someone else, please direct that person to the Allonia Rose website so they can obtain their own copy.
6. Sacred Sittings™, The Crossing™, and Live Offerings
Bookings for Sacred Sittings™, Community Sittings, The Crossing™, private sessions, live programs, retreats, workshops, and events are subject to the availability, participation requirements, and cancellation terms stated on the applicable booking or sales page.
Live offerings may include reflective conversation, Reiki, sound, meditation, breathwork, somatic or movement-based practices, ancestral or spiritual practices, journaling, or other non-clinical wellness experiences.
You are responsible for deciding whether a particular offering is appropriate for you and for communicating any limitations that may affect your safe participation.
7. Community and Circle Conduct
When participating in a live circle, group experience, event, or community space connected with Allonia Rose, you agree to treat other participants with respect and to protect their privacy.
You may not record, screenshot, publish, distribute, or publicly identify another participant or share another participant’s personal story without that person’s express permission.
Harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, spam, unauthorized solicitation, or conduct that disrupts the safety of the space may result in removal without refund where permitted by law.
8. Intellectual Property
The website and its original content—including written material, course content, graphics, meditations, frameworks, audio, video, worksheets, logos, program names, and other creative materials—are owned by or licensed to Allonia Rose, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Brand identifiers including The Soft Hearts Society™, The Lineage Liberation Method™, Sacred Sitting™, The Crossing™, and other names or marks used by Allonia Rose are proprietary brand identifiers of Allonia Rose, LLC. The use of a ™ symbol does not itself represent a statement about federal registration status.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
9. Your Submissions and Communications
If you send us a message, intake form, question, or other communication, you retain ownership of the personal content you provide.
We will not publicly use your private story, testimonial, photograph, name, or identifying information for marketing simply because you sent it to us. If we want to feature your feedback publicly, we will seek permission or use it only as otherwise permitted by law and the context in which it was provided.
Do not send highly sensitive medical records, financial credentials, Social Security numbers, or other confidential records through general website forms or ordinary email unless we specifically request them through an appropriate method.
10. Testimonials and Results
Testimonials and participant statements reflect individual experiences. They are not guarantees, promises, or predictions of what another person will experience.
Healing, spiritual, educational, relationship, wellness, and personal-development outcomes vary significantly from person to person. We do not guarantee any particular emotional, physical, relational, financial, spiritual, or health outcome.
11. Third-Party Platforms and Links
Our website and offerings may link to or use third-party services such as Squarespace, payment processors, Zoom, Insight Timer, YouTube, email providers, scheduling tools, social platforms, podcast platforms, and other service providers.
Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, outages, content, or privacy practices that we do not control.
12. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, pause, replace, or discontinue website content or offerings at any time. We may also update prices, schedules, facilitators, program formats, or included materials.
When a material change affects something you have already purchased, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the purchased service or an appropriate substitute, credit, or refund as required by our policies and applicable law.
13. No Unlawful or Abusive Use
You may not use this website or our offerings to violate the law, infringe another person’s rights, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, scrape or reproduce protected content, impersonate another person, or interfere with the website’s security or operation.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every person or purpose.
Nothing in this section limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allonia Rose, LLC and its owners, facilitators, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or voluntary participation in our non-clinical offerings.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your material violation of these Terms.
17. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, rescheduling, credits, returns, and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy and by any more specific written terms shown on the sales, booking, or event page for the offering you purchase.
18. Privacy and Cookies
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
