The 2 am Questions

It's 2 am, and you can't sleep.

Everyone thinks you have it together. The job. The family. The smile that says "I'm fine."

But inside, you're asking questions no one hears:

Why do I feel so empty when my life looks so full?

Am I crazy for feeling this way?

Did I make up the abuse in my head, or was it real?

Why do I keep hitting the same wall no matter how hard I try?

Will I ever feel like myself again, or is that piece of me lost forever?

Am I damaged? Am I weird? Am I broken beyond repair?

How can I be a good mother, wife, friend, coworker when I can barely hold myself together?

You've been performing strength for so long, you've forgotten what it feels like to simply be.

You're tired. Not just physically—soul tired. The kind of tired that sleep doesn't fix.

And you're starting to wonder if this is just how life is now.

It's not.

The Truth

You're not crazy. You're not broken. You didn't make it up.

You're exhausted because you've been living in survival mode while everyone around you assumed you were thriving.

You're empty because you've spent years pouring into everyone else while abandoning yourself.

You're hitting walls because you're trying to heal using the same patterns that hurt you in the first place.

And you're reading this right now because somewhere deep inside, you know there's another way.

A softer way. A slower way. A way that doesn't require you to keep being so hard.

We know. Because we lived it.

Our Story - You’re Looking at Your Mirror

I'm Allonia.

I worked four jobs at once. I took care of a narcissistic mother who had a hand in my childhood abuse. I stayed in an abusive marriage until my body forced me out. I provided for everyone, while slowly disappearing.

I was the strong one. The provider. The one who never said no.

Until my body said it for me.

I collapsed. Bedridden for months. Too sick to care for myself. Everything I'd built caved in around me. My teenage daughter Rose became my caretaker.

That's when I realized: I had no idea who I was underneath all the doing, all the performing, all the survival.

I'm Rose.

I watched my mom almost die from burnout. I felt abandoned by her constant work, even though I knew she was doing it to provide. I saw her at her absolute worst—and instead of running, I stayed.

We healed together. We talked about the trauma that happened to both of us. The abuse. The patterns. The pain we'd each been carrying alone.

And we made a choice: We would not pass this pain forward.

Together, we are Allonia Rose.

We co-founded the Soft Hearts Society™ because we know what it's like to be the woman who looks fine on the outside while dying on the inside.

We know what it's like to wonder if you made up your own trauma.

We know what it's like to be so disembodied from overwork that you can't remember the last time you felt like yourself.

We know what it's like to carry generational wounds you didn't create but inherited anyway.

And we know the way through.

Not around it. Not over it. Through it.

Slowly. Deeply. Softly.

What Makes Us Different

We are the only mother-daughter healing team doing this work.

There are burnout coaches. There are trauma therapists. There are women's circles and healing communities.

But there is no one else holding space the way we do—with two generations of lived experience, two perspectives on the same healing journey, and a shared commitment to breaking cycles together.

I, Allonia, bring the adult perspective: What it's like to recover from corporate burnout, childhood sexual abuse, narcissistic family systems, financial depletion, and complete bodily collapse. How to reclaim yourself after decades of self-abandonment.

Rose brings the teen/young adult perspective: What it's like to watch your mother suffer, to heal alongside her, to learn soft living before you burn out, to break patterns before they take root.

Together, we offer something no one else can: A model for healing that includes the next generation. A way forward that doesn't require you to choose between your healing and your daughter's future.

This is not corporate wellness. This is not toxic positivity. This is not "5 steps to fix your life."

This is tribal healing. Real, raw, slow, and sacred.

The Soft Hearts Society™ is an ongoing membership community for women ready to stop performing and start healing.

This is where you come home to yourself.

Not through hustle. Not through doing more. But through slowing down and remembering who you are beneath all the armor.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF…

  • You're ready for deep healing, not quick fixes.

  • You don't make excuses or blame others—you know the work starts with you.

  • You're ready to acknowledge your pain AND the pain you've caused others.

  • You're prepared to have difficult conversations and repair hard relationships.

  • You recognize you're the generational pattern breaker—the one the ancestors dreamed of.

  • You're tired of living in a state of misalignment with your mission and purpose.

  • You're ready to release the hard shell, be vulnerable, cry, and heal.

  • You want to say sorry to those you've hurt—and finally forgive yourself.

  • You're exhausted from being so masculine and hard, and you're ready to be soft.

  • You're done not believing in yourself, and you're ready to live your truth authentically.

THIS ISN'T FOR YOU IF…

  • You're looking for someone to rescue you without doing the inner work.

  • You're stuck in blame and not ready to take responsibility.

  • You want surface-level healing or "empowerment" without transformation.

  • You're not willing to move slowly or sit with discomfort.

What Happens in Your First 30 Days

A comparison infographic titled 'What Changes Inside The Soft Hearts Society' with two columns: 'Who You Are Now' on the left and 'Who You Are Becoming' on the right. Each column lists four points with pink broken heart icons. Left column includes points about loss, guilt, patterns, and healing alone. Right column includes points about self-care, setting boundaries, breaking cycles, and healing within community.
  • Remembering: Through Reiki and past-life regression, you begin reconnecting with parts of yourself you thought were lost forever. You start to trust that what happened to you was real.

  • The Mirror: You hear Rose speak about watching her mother nearly die from burnout, and something clicks—My daughter is watching me too. I can change this.

  • Your First Exhale: You realize you don't have to perform here. You can cry. You can be confused. You can be messy. And no one will turn their back on you.

This is the beginning of your quantum leap.

You join the Soft Hearts Society™ feeling exhausted, confused, maybe even skeptical that anything can actually help.

In your first 30 days, you experience:

  • Being Seen: You join your first live call and realize—Oh my God, I'm not alone. These women understand.

  • Permission to Rest: For the first time in your life, you're told rest is not lazy. Rest is your birthright. And you begin to believe it.

The Transformation Journey

Healing in the Soft Hearts Society™ is not linear. It's not fast. It's not Instagram-ready.

It's real.

Some months you'll feel expansive—like you're finally becoming the woman you were always meant to be.

Other months you'll feel like you're falling apart—and we'll hold you while you do.

Over time, you will:

  • Reclaim the pieces of yourself you abandoned to survive.

  • Break generational patterns so your children don't inherit your wounds.

  • Learn to set boundaries without guilt or shame.

  • Release the hard, masculine shell you've been carrying.

  • Reconnect with your body, your truth, your sovereignty.

  • Heal your relationship with your mother, your daughter, and yourself.

  • Stop performing perfection and start living authentically.

  • Experience softness as strength, rest as restoration, and vulnerability as courage.

And one day—maybe six months in, perhaps a year, maybe longer—you'll realize:

I'm not that woman anymore. I'm free.

That's when you graduate.

Not because we kick you out, but because you've become the enlightened version of yourself you came here to find.

And you'll leave as living proof for the next woman that this path is possible.

“Sisterhood is more than shared interests; it is a deep recognition - a homecoming to the truth that you were never meant to carry your evolution alone. It is a sanctuary where your brilliance is reflected back to you, even when you cannot yet see it for yourself.”

— Miko Ouye

How the Soft Hearts Society™ Works

The Rhythm: Slow, Deep, Intentional

We move through one course theme at a time—ancestral healing, shadow work, inner child healing, boundaries, soft living practices—over 8-10 weeks per course.

Content drips slowly throughout each month, so you can actually integrate what you're learning without feeling overwhelmed.

Here's what a typical month looks like:

Week 1:

  • Video lecture on the month's theme (e.g., Ancestral Healing)

  • Live Zoom call to discuss, integrate, and hold space together.

Week 2:

  • Guided meditation (audio) for deep healing work

  • Sound healing or drumming transmission (audio/video)

  • Herbal tea medicine teaching (video)

Week 3:

  • Live Zoom call for continued integration and support.

  • Journal prompts and affirmations released.

  • Yoga flow video for embodiment

Week 4:

  • Past life regression (audio) to reconnect with lost pieces of yourself

  • Distance Reiki transmission (video)

  • Light language channeling for energetic healing

Plus:

  • Access to all past live call recordings

  • Private Heartbeat community for connection between calls

  • Monthly ritual work to anchor your healing

  • Crisis support when you need it most

Rose and I show up in the flow—offering adult and teen perspectives on the same themes, so you can heal AND provide your daughter a different path forward.

This is a space with REAL, authentic connections where you can feel, process emotions, and become more embodied.
