The Mothers Sent You Here. Now Come In.

One-on-one ancestral healing sessions for women ready to go into the places they've been carrying alone.

What Is a Sacred Sitting™?

A Sacred Sitting™ is a private, one-on-one healing session. Just you and me — and the ancestral mothers who are already present and ready.

This is not a coaching call. It is not a therapy session. It is a sacred container — a held space where we go into the places your body has been storing what your mind hasn't been able to face. Where we sit with the grief, the rage, the inherited wounds, the patterns you didn't choose and couldn't explain.

Rooted in the Lineage Liberation Method™ — Witnessing, Releasing, Remembering — each Sacred Sitting™ draws on womb wisdom, Reiki, somatic healing, ancestral invocation, and the energy of the wise grandmothers and medicine women in your line.

We do not just heal the present moment here. We go back. And we send healing forward.

This Is for You If…

You feel a weight in your body that has no clear name.

The relationship with your mother or daughter holds wounds neither of you fully understands.

You keep repeating the same patterns and you know they didn't start with you.

You feel called to your ancestral roots but don't know how to find them.

You are in a season of transition — and you need to be witnessed, not advised.

You are ready to stop performing healing and actually do it.

The ancestors did not carry everything they carried so you could white-knuckle it alone.

What Happens in a Sacred Sitting™

We begin with breath. With grounding. With an opening to the ancestral field — an invitation for the wise mothers in your lineage to be present with us.

From there, we follow what arises. There is no rigid script. The session moves with what is alive in your body on that day — what needs to be witnessed, what needs to be released, what is ready to be remembered.

Sessions are held virtually via Zoom, in a space that is private, quiet, and unhurried.

Each session is approximately 90 minutes.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Soft Heart, please read this before you book.

A Sacred Sitting is a held container. We prepare for you energetically and practically before you ever join the Zoom — reading your intake, grounding, holding the time. Because of this, our cancellation policy is firmer than a casual call.

Rescheduling

More than 48 hours before the session: You may reschedule once at no charge. We'll work with you to find a new time within two weeks.

True emergencies are honored without question. A death in the family, a medical emergency, a mental health crisis, a safety situation — reach out, tell us what's happening, and we'll work with you with no penalty. We are two women, not a corporation.

Cancellations

More than 7 days before the session: Full refund.

Less than 48 hours before: Non-refundable. We can hold credit toward a future sitting within 90 days.

No-shows (missing the session entirely without notice) forfeit the fee.

If a Mother-Daughter Sitting Has Special Considerations

Because the Mother-Daughter Sitting requires both women to be present, the booking is held only when both intake forms are received.

If one of the two cancels and the other still wants to do the work, we will offer:

•       Conversion to a Solo Sitting at the Solo rate ($222), with the difference ($222) refunded or credited toward a future Mother-Daughter Sitting

•       Or a full reschedule of the Mother-Daughter Sitting within 90 days, subject to availability

Our Promise to You

This policy exists to protect the sacred container — yours and ours. In return, we promise:

•       We show up fully prepared for every sitting.

•       We do not cancel on you without a true emergency, and if we must, we reschedule within one week at no cost to you.

•       We hold your work in confidence.

•       We treat your investment as what it is — an act of self-trust.

If you have any questions about this policy, reach out before booking. Your yes matters. We want you to arrive with full clarity.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We open with grounding. You share what's bringing you in. We move into deeper witnessing — somatic, ancestral, intuitive — drawing on Allonia's training in womb reiki, trauma-informed yoga, doula work, and ancestral practice. We close with integration. The whole sitting is 90 minutes, held entirely on Zoom.

It is not therapy. It is not coaching. It is sacred witnessing, with practical reflection and tools woven through.

  • Both. The Solo Sitting is for any woman who wants to be witnessed alone. You might be a mother working through what you don't want to pass down. You might be a daughter working through what you've inherited. You might be neither — a woman in a season of transition, asking quiet questions about her own lineage. The seat doesn't matter. The willingness does.

  • No. It's for any mother-daughter pairing — biological, adoptive, step, or chosen. If both of you understand yourselves as mother and daughter to each other, you belong in this sitting.

  • The Mother-Daughter Sitting is appropriate for teen daughters ages 13 and up, with a few conditions: she has to be willing (not coerced), she has to be in a stable mental health season, and she has to be old enough to engage meaningfully in 90 minutes of held conversation. If you're unsure, reach out before booking.

  • No. This is sacred, somatic, trauma-informed healing work held by a PhD-level public health practitioner (Allonia) and a trained somatic guide (Rose, when present). It is not a substitute for mental health care. If you or your daughter are currently working with a therapist, keep seeing them — this work can complement clinical care, but it does not replace it. If you're navigating an active mental health crisis, please prioritize clinical support first.

  • The Sacred Sittings are live, one-time, held sessions. The courses (Ancestral Healing, Shadow Work, Inner Child Healing) are self-paced and self-led. Some women love starting with a course and coming to a sitting later. Some prefer the reverse. They don't require each other — each is its own path.

  • The workbooks are written companions for the work — sold separately on the site. They're for women who want to do the work in private, on their own time, on the page. A Sacred Sitting is the held, in-person (virtually) version. Some women use both. Neither requires the other.

  • Yes. Our work is rooted in our lineage as Black women and draws from traditions that are culturally our own. The sittings are open to women of all backgrounds, with the understanding that you're entering a space held in our voice, from our lineage. Come with an open heart, and you are welcome.

  • The Solo Sitting holds beautiful space for ancestor work — for the mothers who have crossed, for the mothers we never got to know. You can absolutely book a Solo Sitting to do work with your late mother through the ancestral line. Reach out beforehand if you'd like us to know that's the focus.

  • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Within 48 hours of the session, the fee is non-refundable (except in true emergencies, which we always honor).

  • Yes. Some women book a Solo Sitting first, then a Mother-Daughter Sitting once they feel ready to invite their daughter or mother in. Some come back every season. Others sit with us once and integrate for a year. There is no expected pattern.

  • Reply to any email from us, or reach us through the Contact page. We answer personally. Your yes matters to us—let’s make it clear before you book.
