The Mothers Sent You Here. Now Come In.
One-on-one ancestral healing sessions for women ready to go into the places they've been carrying alone.
Sacred Sittings™
Come as You Are. There Is Room for What You Carry.
Private ceremonial spaces for women seeking accompaniment through lineage, relationship, grief, identity, or life transition.
You do not have to know exactly what needs healing before you arrive.
You may only know that something has been asking for your attention—a pattern that keeps returning, a relationship you are trying to understand, a transition that has unsettled you, or a weight you are tired of carrying alone.
A Sacred Sitting™ gives you a protected place to slow down, listen inward, and meet what is present with honesty, compassion, and choice.
This is not a session in which healing is performed on you.
It is a ceremony in which you are witnessed, accompanied, and supported as you listen for what is ready to be seen, tended, released, or remembered.
What Is a Sacred Sitting™?
A Sacred Sitting™ is a private, trauma-aware ceremonial experience rooted in the Lineage Liberation Method™: Witness. Release. Remember.
Each sitting has a complete arc—arrival, witnessing, intentional practice, integration, and closing—but no two ceremonies are exactly alike.
Depending on what brings you, what feels supportive, and what you consent to receive, your sitting may include:
• Sacred conversation
• Lineage or family-pattern reflection
• Gentle body awareness
• Breath or meditation
• Sound
• Restorative movement
• Guided imagery
• Ritual or prayer
• Ancestral reflection
• Reiki
• Journaling or creative practice
• Practical boundary or integration work
Not every practice is used in every sitting.
We choose slowly and intentionally. You may decline, modify, or pause any practice at any time.
You remain the authority over your body, your story, and your participation.
You May Be Called to a Sacred Sitting If…
• You have been carrying something you cannot fully name.
• A family role or relationship continues to shape how you live, love, rest, or care for yourself.
• You are examining your relationship with your mother, daughter, or the women in your lineage.
• You are grieving someone, something, or a version of yourself you can no longer be.
• You are moving through estrangement, motherhood, caregiving, menopause, identity change, or another threshold.
• You feel disconnected from your body, intuition, spiritual life, or sense of belonging.
• You want to understand what you inherited without blaming the women who came before you.
• You need a place to be witnessed without being rushed, diagnosed, rescued, or told who you should become.
You do not have to arrive with a perfect explanation. You only need enough willingness to sit beside what is present.
“There are things we cannot think our way out of. Sometimes we need a safe place to finally sit beside them.”
The Ceremonial Arc
ARRIVE
We settle into the space, notice your present capacity, discuss boundaries, and establish what would help you feel supported. Nothing begins without your consent.
WITNESS
You share what brought you. Together, we listen for the stories, relationships, inherited roles, body messages, or life transitions beneath what you are experiencing. Disclosure is never forced; silence is welcome.
TEND
We choose one intentional practice—or a small combination—to support what emerged. Reiki may be offered, but it is never assumed or required. The purpose is attention, not a forced breakthrough.
REMEMBER
We listen for what remains beneath the pattern or pain: your voice, boundaries, inner wisdom, capacity to choose, relationship with your body, and connection with spirit.
RETURN
We slow the experience down, orient you to the present, identify gentle aftercare, and close the ceremony completely.
Choose Your Sacred Sitting™
-
90 minutes | $444
A private ceremonial sitting for one woman. This is spacious enough to follow a complete arc without pressuring you to uncover, process, or release everything at once.
• A pre-session intake
• A prepared private ceremonial space
• 90 minutes of witnessing, intentional practice, and integration
• A personal integration letter delivered within three business days
One gentle practice or reflection to carry forward, when appropriate
-
120 minutes | $555
A shared ceremonial sitting for two women connected through family, relationship, friendship, or chosen kinship. Come with your mother, daughter, sister, partner, friend, or another woman with whom you share meaningful work.
The purpose is not to determine who is right or force reconciliation. It is to create a supported space in which both women can speak, listen, reflect, and explore what the relationship is asking of them. Both women must choose to participate and complete their own intake. Each receives her own personal integration letter within three business days.
-
60 minutes | $88
A shorter private sitting for one woman who needs a supported place to pause, speak, and reconnect but is not seeking the fuller ceremonial experience.
• Grounding and arrival
• Focused witnessing
• One gentle reflective or embodied practice
• Integration and intentional closing
• A brief follow-up note with next-step guidance
A limited number are available each month. This is not less sacred. It is simply a smaller doorway.
After Your Sitting
Within three business days, you will receive a personal integration letter reflecting:
• What you came seeking
• Important themes that emerged
• Wisdom or resources you identified
• The practice used during your sitting
• A gentle invitation for continued integration
• Any appropriate referrals or additional support to consider
This letter is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or prediction. It is a compassionate record of what you witnessed and chose during your ceremony.
You are not expected to complete a list of healing assignments afterward. Integration may look like rest, hydration, reflection, a boundary, a conversation, time outdoors, or simply allowing the experience to settle.
This Is Accompaniment, Not Fixing
A Sacred Sitting™ is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, crisis care, or a substitute for working with a licensed healthcare or mental-health professional.
We do not diagnose conditions, promise emotional or physical healing, speak for your ancestors, or make decisions about your life.
Spiritual and ancestral practices are offered as invitations. You are never required to hold a particular belief or interpret your experience in a particular way.
If you are experiencing an active mental-health crisis, are in immediate danger, or need medical assessment, please seek appropriate licensed or emergency support first. Sacred Sittings™ may complement—but do not replace—clinical care.
